Sirius XM Radio SVP of ad sales Paul Turcotte exits to become publisher of the Newsday Media Group daily free newspaper amNew York. Turcotte joined Sirius XM in 2008 after holding senior management and sales positions with Hachette-Filipacchi Media.
Brian Long and A. Martinez
ESPN Radio’s "710" KSPN, Los Angeles adds a new local talk show in evenings. Brian Long and A. Martinez will host the "In The Zone" show from 6-9pm.
Phil Hendrie
Talk Radio Networks syndicated personality Phil Hendrie adds eight new affiliates including San Francisco (KNEW), Wausau, WI (WXCO) and Chico, CA (KZAP). TRN says Hendrie’s Show is now on 108 stations, including eight of the top ten markets. TRN re-launched of "The Phil Hendrie Show" in 2007.
Mel Floss
Jeff McClusky and Associates 25-year veteran Mel Floss sets his retirement for March 15. "Mel has been next to me for the last 25 years," says Jeff McClusky. "He has taken most phone calls, made much travel arrangements, run errands, done reports, and probably most importantly, been the face and the voice for Jeff McClusky and Associates for almost its entire tenure." Floss says his most unusual task at JMA was "standing in line at Best Buy for the new PlayStation 2 for Jeff’s daughter."

Clear Channel’s "NewsRadio 84" WHAS, Louisville hires Mandy Connell for late morning (9am-12noon) talk show duties. She most recently was morning host on "92.5 Fox News Radio" WFSX, Ft. Myers, FL.
Stryker
CBS Radio alt rocker KROQ, Los Angeles signs Stryker to a multi-year contract for afternoon drive. He’s been holding down the same timeslot on CHR sister "Amp Radio" KAMP. CBS hires Michelle Boros for middays on KAMP and shifts Booker to afternoon drive.
Dave Ramsey
CBS Radio’s "Talk 980" KFWB, Los Angeles moves Dave Ramsey up 12 hours, from 9pm-Midnight to 9am-Noon, swapping timeslots with TRN’s Laura Ingraham.
Joe Block
The Billings Mustangs hires NBA's New Orleans Hornets host Joe Block to handle the play-by-play for the Pioneer League team this summer. He succeeds Ed Cohen.
Emily Pearce
Clear Channel hires former Citadel CHR "Hot FM" WHTS, Grand Rapids (105.3) morning co-host Emily Pearce as the new director of marketing for its Grand Rapids and Muskegon clusters.
Rob Brandt
Citadel "Classic Rock 97" WLAV-FM, Grand Rapids PD Rob Brandt adds afternoon drive duties on sister country "Thunder 94.5" WTNR. He succeeds Nick Alan, who was transferred to Colorado Springs in January.

Cumulus country "The Wolf" WSM-FM, Nashville promotes APD/afternoon personality Russ Penuell to PD, replacing PD/morning host Charley Connolly, who exits. Midday host Rick Marino moves to morning with co-host Deanna Lee.

Forum Publishing’s news/talk WDAY, Fargo, ND (970) PD/morning host Ben Ziegler and news anchor Al Aamodt exit, as the station begins simulcasting WDAY-TV’s early morning newscasts on the sister radio station.
Jack See
Parkersburg, WV radio and TV veteran Jack See has died. He was 83. He retired from Clear Channel in 2005
