      <title>Digital pushes WTOP to go in-house.</title>
      <description>Bonneville all-news WTOP-FM, Washington (103.5) sees a big future in traffic content.  Enough that the station will spend hundreds of thousands of dollars and hire more than 20 staff members over the next several months as it brings its traffic reporting in-house.  WTOP this week informed Metro Networks that it will not renew its contract that expires in February.</description>
